Salary: Starting at £12.71ph
Location: Hedge End
Hours: Hybrid (3 days in the office), 37.25 hrs/week
Barnas Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client based in Hedge End. This is a temporary, hybrid role with 3 days in the office. The role involves providing administrative and commercial support to the Coordinator and the Training and Consultancy Team Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities of an Administrator:
Raise and process invoices, expenses, and accruals, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
Liaise with Accounts to manage payments and resolve invoice queries.
Support coordination and administration of external training courses, including bookings, delivery, and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records in NetSuite, including projects, delegate information, invoices, certificates, and purchase requests.
Provide general administrative support to Global Training and Consultancy teams, including cover for the Training Coordinator.
Manage training enquiries and provide first-line e-learning support, including troubleshooting and progress tracking.
About you
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience or interest in sales/business development or commercial work
Confident working with customers and stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload effectively
Strong interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Customer-focused with a commitment to good service
Able to work independently and develop quickly in the role
