We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Commercial Finance Business Partner.
Due to expanding their finance team our client is seeking a part or fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA candidate offers an analytical and inquisitive nature to take on this new opportunity!
This position will support the business to deliver high quality financial reporting and insights to the Executive and Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will help manage and support future projects including project accounting and CRM systems.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Business Partner:
Create and develop reports periodically using PowerBI tools to provide key customer and branch information to the wider business unit.
Build partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers to aid collaboration to achieve business growth ambitions.
Report on current and future performance, growth and productivity based KPIs to various stakeholders and advise accordingly to aid commercial decision making.
Support and mentor the Asset Management accountant to develop the reporting process.
Producing business cases for further investment including property, people, and product to make sure investing in the right products at the right time.
Challenging current ways of working and look to drive efficiencies wherever possible and look to continuously improve working standards.
About You:
Previous demonstratable experience in a Management Accountant, Financial Analyst or Finance Partner/Advisor role.
Qualified or working towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications.
Advanced Excel
Previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics, Navision or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to undertake a range of financial and business modelling tasks.
Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in using initiative to resolve issues and queries, as and when they arrive and be confident and curious to find your own answers as needed.
