Role: Contract Support Administrator
Job Type: Permanent

Location: On site -Totton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week- 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (no hybrid)

We are seeking a proactive Contract Support Administrator on behalf of our client to support their Projects and Accounts team. This Contract Support Administrator role is central to ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and you will work closely with team members and stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare quotes and raise invoices for site work
Issue renewal letters and invoices for customer contracts
Complete KPI reports
Coordinate and maintain internal training requirements.
Maintain and update customer and site databases, ensuring accurate contract and site information
Carry out general office administrative duties
About you:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
