Role: Customer Service Agent
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £12.82 per hour for 12 weeks temporary employment; £25,000 per annum once permanent
Location: SO45, Fawley
Shift patterns vary and or can be as follows: 08.00am - 16.30pm, 09.30am - 18.00pm, or 11.30am - 20.00pm, with a weekend rota (1 Saturday morning in every 6-8 weeks)
Our client is the UKs leading LPG Supplier, offering a range of off grid energy options for various customers and clients. A very exciting opportunity has arisen, to join our client’s team working as a Customer Service Agent.
Our client offers hybrid working after successful completion of 3-month probation period.
Duties and Responsibilities as Customer Service Agent:
Receive customer queries and complaints, research and resolve customer complaints within given parameters, and be aware of possible solutions to make informed decisions.
Achieve quantitative and qualitative service standard performance targets.
Be able to work and co-operate as part of a team, assisting and supporting colleagues, and other departments, when necessary.
Assist in developing processes for constant improvement for the benefit of the customer.
To stay focused and motivated with a positive attitude towards learning, growth, and change.
Be able to challenge yourself and others to make step changes in knowledge, experience, skills, and behaviour, and share knowledge of best practice.
