Hours: Shift pattern between 7.30am – 9pm, Monday – Sunday

Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive service excellence, achieve KPIs, and maximise sale opportunities.
Motivate and engage the team through incentives and a culture of excellence.
Lead training on merchandising, stock, and housekeeping best practices.
Support team development and address skill gaps.
Capture and utilise customer data to inform decisions.
Manage budgets and identify marketing opportunities.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Protect business assets and operational standards.
About You / Experience required:
Significant managerial experience ideally in a premium store environment.
Natural and empathetic leader who can build and foster relationships.
Desire to contribute to and thrive within a high-performing team.
Able to implement and drive initiatives to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Strong numerical capability and retail sales experience.
Creative, proactive, and passionate about luxury retail brands.
Strong numerical capability - handy for reporting purposes as well as confidently walking customers through pricing, percentages, and promos.
