Location: London- N1C

Hours: Shift pattern between 7.30am – 9pm, Monday – Sunday

We are excited to recruit for multiple Sales Advisor to join our client on a permanent basis in London.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive service excellence, achieve KPIs, and maximise sale opportunities.

  • Motivate and engage the team through incentives and a culture of excellence.

  • Lead training on merchandising, stock, and housekeeping best practices.

  • Support team development and address skill gaps.

  • Capture and utilise customer data to inform decisions.

  • Manage budgets and identify marketing opportunities.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Protect business assets and operational standards.

About You / Experience required:

  • Significant managerial experience ideally in a premium store environment.

  • Natural and empathetic leader who can build and foster relationships.

  • Desire to contribute to and thrive within a high-performing team.

  • Able to implement and drive initiatives to achieve outstanding outcomes.

  • Strong numerical capability and retail sales experience.

  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about luxury retail brands.

  • Strong numerical capability - handy for reporting purposes as well as confidently walking customers through pricing, percentages, and promos.
