Hours: 4 days a week – 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday (Flexible on the day off)

Our client is a commercial estate based just outside of Southampton. The site is home to a wide variety of businesses, and this is an exciting time to join them as the owning company has ambitious plans for the estate; including growth and expansion to ensure the estate reaches its full potential.

Duties and Responsibilities of an Events and Communication Co – Ordinator:

  • Arrange and organise all aspects of community events, such as catering, guest services, and logistics.

  • Perform post-event evaluations to gather feedback and enhance future events.

  • Support the wider business with marketing strategies.

  • Ensure new customers are added to the CRM system efficiently.

  • Write and produce marketing materials to promote the site.

  • Manage and monitor social media posts.


About You:

  • Previous experience in working within the event sector.

  • Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and website programmes.

  • Expert working knowledge of all social media platforms.
