Role: Events and Communication Co – Ordinator
Job Type: Temporary – Permanent
Assignment length: 6 months
Salary: Up to a pro- rata of £31k
Location: Southampton
Hours: 4 days a week – 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday (Flexible on the day off)

Duties and Responsibilities of an Events and Communication Co – Ordinator:
Arrange and organise all aspects of community events, such as catering, guest services, and logistics.
Perform post-event evaluations to gather feedback and enhance future events.
Support the wider business with marketing strategies.
Ensure new customers are added to the CRM system efficiently.
Write and produce marketing materials to promote the site.
Manage and monitor social media posts.
About You:
Previous experience in working within the event sector.
Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and website programmes.
Expert working knowledge of all social media platforms.
