Role: Hospitality Member
Job Type: Temporary–Contract until December 2025
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Location: Chillworth
Hours: Must be fully flexible to complete shifts between 7am – 5:30pm – Monday to Friday.
15 hours minimum a week and overtime hours are available.
Shifts vary in hours between the hours of 7am – 5:30pm (generally finish at 16:30)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Member to join our client in Southampton, to help during a busy period of business.
As a Hospitality Member you will play a crucial role in handling food and deliveries, responding to customer queries, serving the onsite employees in the corporate café, and assisting with the set-up of events in the hospitality area and conference departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in food and beverage preparation, including barista style coffee.
Handling transactions with ease and operating the cash register efficiently.
Working across all hospitality departments to include front of house, kitchen and conference and banqueting.
Adhering to all hygiene and food preparation regulatory requirements and ensuring appropriate practices are followed.
Meeting and greeting all colleagues, and visitors.
About You/ Experience required:
Show genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous hospitality experience desirable.
Previous customer service experience.
Food hygiene level 1 desirable.
