Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £52,000 – Depending on experience (plus 15% performance based bonus)

Location: Fareham

Hours: Full – time, 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday. Flexible hybrid working pattern available (2 – 3 days in office).

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner. Our client is a very large global retailer with a huge presence here in the UK. They are market leaders who are going through a very exciting change and are therefore expanding.

It’s a permanent position, very supportive environment offering the flexibility you may require for outside work commitments with the freedom to manager your working hours and work diary. This can be a full time or part time position. Hybrid with 2-3 times a week in the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Take a proactive Partnership Approach.

· Actively assist in the implementation of functional people plans.

· Support overall long-term framework for the business.

· Contribute to the identification of the people agenda and priorities to improve business performance and meet key people challenge.

· Assist with organisational change, design and structure.

· Provide all aspects of HR support.

· Facilitate delivery of talent management and reward process.

· Advise and support ER business partners.

· Share data and management information.

· Support business leaders to improve employee engagement and retention.

· Ability to travel outside of the United Kingdom when and if required.


About You:

· Previous experience as a HR business partner.

· Must have at least 2 years of experience in a HR business partner level.

· Have knowledge and experience working for a global corporate retailer.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Hard working individual with a keen eye to detail.

· Ability to work as a team and solo.
