Role: Legal Secretary

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our client based in Southampton or Bournemouth Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completion of fast and accurate audio typing
Preparing and dealing with confidential documents and correspondence, ensuring information is correctly stored and prioritised
Attending to clients and other professional organisations both on the telephone and occasionally in person
Setting up case files, filing and archiving
Making appointments, arranging meetings, and managing multiple diaries
Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties
About you:
Previous experience in a similar legal secretarial role – desirable
Excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in MS office and IT skills
Ability to produce a high volume of work
Focused with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Fully computer literate
Outstanding customer service skills
