Salary: £16.48 - £21.07 per hour

Location: Southampton

Hours: Monday - Friday 35hrs per week - 9am-5pm

Hybrid: 3 days in office (Wednesday Anchor Day) 2 days home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Graduate to join a fast paced, progressive, and expanding global organisation.

Our client is a well-known household name; a leading world-renowned cruise provider based in Southampton.

This role is based within the CRM Team working on a transformation project, focussing on the customers online experience.

Duties and Responsibilities for Marketing Graduate:

The successful candidate will support the CRM team to:

• Identify ways to increase personalisation of email marketing

• Revamp the customers online/ email communication journey

• Complete daily tasks and reports as required.

About You / Experience required:

• Marketing degree or about to graduate from a marketing degree

• Interest in email marketing

• Good communication skills - able to communicate confidently with various teams within marketing and other key stakeholders

• Good copywriting skills
