Location: Southampton - Office based role with the flexibility to work from home on occasions
Hours: part time (minimum 3 days) or full time, 8 hours per day, between 8am and 6pm.

We are excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our client in Southampton, a commercial estate set across 72 acres in a picturesque setting. The site is home to over 90 companies of various sizes, including world leaders and start-ups working in research, development, and manufacturing.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the business and accelerating tenant attraction, whilst also focusing on current tenant retention by maintaining relationships with existing residents. The Marketing Manager role is a newly created position – this is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company and make the role your own!
Duties and Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote the company.
· Drive tenant attraction campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract high-growth potential start-ups.
· Collaborate with the Business Development team to support tenant onboarding and
retention through strategic communications.
· Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
· Report on campaign performance and ROI.
· Collaborate with the Business Development Director to support occupancy goals.
· Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and
engaging.
· Manage the brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
· Work alongside content writers, events and the business development team to promote the business and attract new tenants.
About You:
· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
· Proven experience in marketing and community engagement, preferably within a business environment such as real estate, property management, or business development sectors.
· Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical and project management abilities; able to organise and structure your day in a stand-along role.
· Ability to work independently whilst collaborating across teams.
