Role: New Business Development Manager / Account Manager
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Location: Sarisbury Green
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm

We are currently recruiting for a New Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join our client in Sarisbury Green during an exciting period of growth. Our client is a vibrant company with over 25 years’ experience in the printing and promotional merchandising industry. As a New Business Development Manager / Account Manager, you will be working in a friendly and collaborative environment, helping to expand the company’s customer base and drive new opportunities for growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop a strong new business pipeline and convert prospective enquiries into long-term customers.
· Identify and pursue business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and LinkedIn.
· Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, from initial contact through to order completion.
· Work closely with customers from quote through to delivery, ensuring exceptional service and successful project outcomes.
About You: / Experience required:
· Proactive, motivated, and able prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment using your own initiative.
· Computer literate with solid administrative and CRM skills.
· Demonstratable experience in Business Development; knowledge of printing or merchandise production is an advantage.
· Excellent multitasking and time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
· Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
· Clear, professional written and spoken communication skills.
· Confident and professional telephone manner.
· Full UK driving licence required.
· GCSE Maths and English is essential; A-Level or equivalent is preferred.
