Salary: £27,000-£28,000
Location: Southampton
Hours: Monday – Friday - 8:00 – 4:30pm

We are delighted to be supporting our client with an Office Administrator vacancy for maternity cover at their site in Southampton.
The successful candidate must be available to start June to ensure a 4-week handover.

Duties and Responsibilities Office Administrator:
First point of contact for all general enquiries
Inbox management
Supporting the MDs with general administration and other admin tasks such as booking accommodation, organising travel arrangements and diary management.
Dealing with post, incoming deliveries, labelling and advising recipient of their arrival.
Hiring and organising plant and machinery.
Meeting room management.
Arranging staff socials.
Fleet Management of company vehicles.
Creating quotations, generating invoices and keeping record.
Ad-hoc admin tasks to support the wider team.
Experience required:
Previous office administration experience – essential
Positive can-do attitude.
Ability to use initiative.
Must be hands on and willing to get stuck in!
