Our client is a well-known global organisation offering an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team.


In this Personal Assistant role, you will be working in fast paced environment, supporting the Senior Team. You will be handling a variety of administrative tasks with the initial focus of managing diaries, overseeing emails and organise meetings.


You will be liaising with the wider business to drive efficiency and reintegrate standards across the board to ensure a smooth running of day-to-day operations.


Duties for the Personal Assistant Role:

· Provide support to the assigned Senior lead, ensuring that work priorities and forthcoming engagements are met

· Oversee and maintain diaries which includes a balance between travel, business meetings and lead time.

· Ensure Senior Leaders are ready for meetings by proactively preparing the required paperwork.

· Manage routine procedures and reporting under the guidance of the senior team.

· Plan meetings, create agendas and organise travel arrangements.

· Take the lead in organising emails, phone calls and filtering the general information for the senior team by redirecting or taking forward.

· Support admin to the wider leadership team when required.

· Support with recruitment activity when required.

· Work flexibly and collaboratively with other Personal Assistants to ensure all department work is covered and taking work from other Pas if necessary.

· Experience of a PA role at Senior level

· Educated to A Level or equivalent senior level/ team support experience

· Extensive computer literacy with ability to pick up new systems easily

· Ability to work on own initiative and support a busy team in an administrative environment

· Excellent communication and Time management skills

· Organised and highly motivated with a proactive approach
