Role: PMO Senior Analyst

Job Type: Temporary – 4 months

Salary: Day Rate £246

Location: Central Southampton

Hours: Monday to Friday, hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

We are currently recruiting for a PMO Senior Analyst to join our client’s PMO team in central Southampton. As a PMO Senior Analyst you will play a key role in developing the Programme Management Office capability (PMO). Working with a range of stakeholders and lead work streams to develop and establish new processes and solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities of PMO Senior Analyst

· Risk Management

· Project and Portfolio Performance Reporting

· Portfolio Planning

· Resource Forecasting

· Driving continuous performance

· Developing new solutions and managing multiple stakeholders

· Data analysis and developing MI reports

· Scheduling and resource forecasting

About you

· Experience of developing new solutions and managing multiple stakeholders

· Excellent Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

· Data analysis and experience of developing MI reports

· Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulae

· Planning experience, including scheduling and resource forecasting

· Experience of working across multiple projects in a program or portfolio

· Strong understanding of relational databases

· Knowledge of ERP Systems & Document Management Systems

· Understanding of Standard Risk Identification and Assessment techniques
