Role: Procurement Administrator

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £13.50

Location: Southampton central

Hours: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week. Hybrid working - 2 days from home, 3 in office (Wednesday anchor day)

We are excited to be recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our client, a well-known and fast-paced global organisation based in central Southampton. As Procurement Administrator, you will be assisting with all aspects of administration within the procurement team, alleviating pressure within the team due to increased workload.

Duties and Responsibilities of Procurement Administrator:

  • Setting up suppliers

  • Managing PO admin

  • Checking pricing discrepancies on products

  • Adhoc admin tasks to support the wider procurement team as required

About You:

  • Strong administrator (previous procurement experience not necessary)

  • Excellent Excel skills – you will be required to complete a short online Excel test prior to CVs being sent to our client

  • Strong communication skills

  • High attention to detail
