Role: Project Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Depending on experience
Location: Southampton
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5:30, including a 1-hour lunch.
We are very excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Coordinator to join their office in Romsey. Our client is a is an independently owned international corporation, offering an established and effective range of power protection products, services and sells to a very broad spectrum of industries and sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with the UK service sales team to arrange projects from the order receipt.
· After the initial sale has been completed, you will take on the responsibility to liaise directly with the customer to discuss delivery schedules & project plans.
· Assisting with site documents to assure project success.
· Coordinating with manufacturing to schedule products and parts for final testing and inspection.
· Coordinating invoices to ensure timely delivery of products and parts.
· Preparing service documentation.
· Offering comprehensive administrative support and exceptional customer service to the team and clients.
· Maintaining customer service to the highest standard.
· Occasionally perform additional duties assigned by Sales Manager and Director.
About You:
· Great organisational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of IT computer literate
