Salary: £45,000 per annum

Location: Remote working is available, as is hybrid working or being based at any one of our clients 4 offices - Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury and Fordingbridge.

Hours: 9am- 5.15pm Monday - Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.

A unique and rare opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and progressive law firm as a Residential Conveyancer. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy property team.

This position is open to an experienced paralegal licence conveyancer or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years’ solid experience of residential conveyancing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Workload will focus genuinely on probate, lasting powers of attorney and Wills.

· Some court of protection work.

· Due to rapid growth of team, there is also the opportunity to deal with Trusts, Inheritance tax and family wealth planning. - Training will be provided if necessary.

About You:

· At least 3 years’ experience of residential conveyancing.

· FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer

· Ability to react fast and efficiently in a proactive environment.

· Ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment

· Strong billing history

· Excellent communication and organisation skills.
