Salary: £28,000 depending on hours

Hours: Shift pattern between 7.30am – 9pm Monday – Sunday

Duties and Responsibilities of a Luxury Sales Advisor:
Provide a warm, knowledgeable, and memorable customer experience.
Drive sales using product knowledge, promotions, and brand campaigns.
Build loyal customer relationships and capture data for CRM purposes.
Maintain store appearance through merchandising, housekeeping, and stock replenishment.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Support new team members through guidance and mentorship.
Follow company policies, health & safety, and loss prevention procedures.
Take ownership of personal learning and development.
About You / Experience required:
Experience working in retail or another customer-focused environment
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Commercially aware and able to drive sales while improving the customer experience
Comfortable explaining pricing, discounts, and promotions to customers
Strong relationship builder with the ability to recommend products and upsell
