Role: Store Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Location: Clapham
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
We are thrilled to be recruiting for a Store Manager to join our client in Clapham. Our client is a prestigious retail brand who pride themselves on delivering superior products and services with their customers at the heart of their business. As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the team, nurturing the business and striving for retail excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Enhance services by fostering a passionate environment, ensuring the achievement of KPI’s and maximising sales opportunities.
· Encourage team participation and engagement by implementing effective incentives and instilling excellence in your team.
· Facilitate learning opportunities and knowledge sharing of merchandising, stock replenishment, and best practices regarding housekeeping, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
· Support team members’ training and development, utilising company resources and identifying areas for improvement.
· Ensure teams effectively capture customer data at the point of sale and report on customer insights.
· Hold regular management meetings to ensure budget delivery and identify and execute marketing opportunities.
· Proactively identify and resolve areas of need or improvement such as recruitment, and onboard new starters.
· Ensure team adherence to store administration, systems, and company guidelines.
· Protect business assets and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.

· Significant managerial experience ideally in a premium store environment.

· Able to implement and drive initiatives to achieve outstanding outcomes.
· Strong numerical capability and retail sales experience.
· Creative, proactive, and passionate about luxury retail brands.
