Hours: 40 Hours Per Week – shift pattern between 7.30am – 9.00 pm Monday – Sunday

We are thrilled to be recruiting for a Luxury Store Supervisor to join our client on a permanent basis in London. Our client is a prestigious retail brand who pride themselves on delivering superior products and services with their customers at the heart of their business.

As our client continues to grow and expand, they are opening a brand-new store and are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch and oversee the ongoing day-to-day operations.

As Store Supervisor, you will work to support the management team and smooth running of the location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team and KPI delivery, stepping in confidently for management when needed and ensuring all procedures, and health & safety standards are followed.

  • Promote brand campaigns and marketing activity, keeping the team and customers informed and engaged with online brand activity.

  • Support a positive and dynamic sales environment by coaching team members and leading by example with a motivated approach.

  • Ensure the store always looks its best by maintaining high standards of merchandising, stock replenishment and housekeeping.

  • Ensure cash handling and banking procedures are followed correctly.

  • Plan and create attractive product displays and floor layouts, aiming to maximise sales and respond to feedback

  • Encourage the team to participate, contribute, and stay engaged, using training and incentives to inspire high performance.

  • Show strong prioritisation and initiative, completing tasks efficiently while following company policies.

About You / Experience required:

  • Experience working in retail or another customer-focused environment

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

  • Commercially aware and able to drive sales while improving the customer experience

  • Comfortable explaining pricing, discounts, and promotions to customers

  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to recommend products and upsell

  • Experience coaching others or leading a team is desirable
